1)In my freetime, I love to dance. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school  when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.

When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on danceing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.

Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.

There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played. 

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.

I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

Cũng đã gần mười năm, người hâm mộ Việt Nam mới có dịp được sống trong cảm giác hạnh phúc đến tột cùng như thế này. Có lẽ cũng như tôi, chẳng ai tin rằng U23 Việt Nam sẽ làm được điều tưởng như không tưởng thế này… Kỳ tích, lịch sử hay cú đột phá ngoạn mục. Tất cả đều đúng. Và dù một ngày trôi qua nhưng trong tôi vẫn lâng lâng niềm vui khó tả. Tôi cảm thấy thật may mắn khi có thể theo dõi gần trọn vẹn 150 phút thi đấu của đội tuyển Việt Nam tối thứ 7. Ba giờ đồng hồ đã đưa tôi khám phá hành trình đỉnh cao của bóng đá với bao cảm xúc lẫn lộn: có vui mừng, có hụt hẫng và tiếc nuối, có hi vọng và hồi hộp để rồi vỡ òa trong niềm vui chiến thắng.
