my favourite programe is Music today. lots of many people this programe because of many songs I can see on that programe. It's on VTC12.I alway watch that with my family when 19:00 everyday. It has more and more beautiful skers and types song such as: pop, rock,jazz, blues, hip hop, country,.. main audiences are youth class.
Let's see Music today ,I think that programe is lủrid and make we relax when tired or boring.

House is where we grow up and are loved by our parents. Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, I have a house here situated in the suburb of HCM, within 15 minutes drive from the central city. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, I eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.

Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Watching TV is one of my favourite pastime activity. I usually watch cartoons so the cartoon I love best is Detective Conan write by Aoyama Gosho. . That is a story tells about revolve around a the cases. Kudo Shinichi is a high school student and also a detective, he always helps the polices in many cases. But at one day during the investigation, he was discovered by a member of the Black Organization. They gave him a small capsule pack (called APTX 4869), but the poison did not kill him, just causing his body to become a child. So he must changed his name, and his new name is Edogawa Conan and lives with Ran- his best friend and Ran's father - Mori. However, in that child body, he still helps the polices by many invents by Dr. Agasa Hiroshi. He has to go to Primary School and there, he meet five friends and they become a small detective team. Energy is very important in our daily life. We use energy for almost everything we do. However energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use energy saving light bulbs in our house. It will help us to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance. We can use bicycles for short distances. I think it is good for our health and economical. And remember, before going to bed, we should turn off all lights and other unused electrical devices. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.
