1. They sell English books in that shop.

=> English books are sold in thay shop.

2. Mrs. Kennedy teaches the class.

=> The class is taught by Mrs. Kennedy.

3. My secretary opens the mail every morning.

=> The mail is opened by my secretary every morning

4. The teacher corrects our exercises.

=> Our exercises are corrected by the teacher.

5. Sheep give the wool.

=> The wool is given by sheep.

6. The children don’t drink whisky.

=> Whisky isn't drunk by the chilren.

7. Our children keep a cat and a dog as pets.

=> A cat and a dog are kept as pets by our children.

8. People wear glasses.

=> Glasses are worn (by people)

9. English people speak English.

=> English is spoken by English people

10. Mr. John sends me a card every day.

=> I  am sent a card by Mr. John every day.

Was fish cooked for dinner?

3. Police were searching the shop when the keeper arrived.  

The shop was being searched by police when the keeper arrived.

Viết các câu sau thành câu bị động :

1. Open your book.

→ your book must be opened

2.Don’t do that silly thing again.

→ that silly thing mustn't be done again.

3.She advised me to sell that house.

→ i was advised to sell that house.

4.. It’s your duty to do this work.

→ You are supposed to do this work.

5.Someone will have you type the letter for me.

→ Someone will have the letter typed for me.

=> I were taught both English and Science by Mrs. Nina last year.
