- As the proverb says, "You have a father like a house with a roof." That statement shows the importance and position of a father in the family. For me, my dad's image is always in my mind.

My father is over 40 years old. Dad is a police soldier. It makes me very proud and proud. Dad often had to go on duty and on duty. Dad has a face full of letters, serious eyes. Although he is busy at work, he does not forget to take care of housework and love his children wholeheartedly.

Dad always checked, mentored the education of sisters. Dad is also very strict in teaching children. However, sometimes Dad is very funny and humorous. Occasionally, Dad would tell jokes to the two sisters who made them laugh out loud. For neighbors, what is the father is always willing to help. Everyone respected and loved their father.

I love my father very much and I am very proud that he is a police soldier because of his homelessness and service. Dad is a strong fulcrum for my family, like the song: "I will make wings for the birds, for you to fly far away."

          This week’s documentary in the Extraordinary People series is about Stephen Wiltshire. In the programme, we see Stephen’s panoramic drawing of the centre of London. It’s four meters long, and it’s remarkable. All the building are in the right place. And every detail is correct. The number of floors in the tall building is correct, too. But the most incredible about the drawing is that Stephen drew it from memory, without photos or notes.

Stephen’s story is remarkable, too. When he was three, doctors discovered that he was autistic. He couldn’t speak, and he was often frustrated and angry. His parents saw that he was only happy with a pencil in his hand. His talent became obvious at the age of six when he drew a picture of Selfridges, the famous department store.

At his school for special needs children, they used his love of drawing to help him speak. His teacher took away his paper. ‘Paper!’ he shouted. It was his first word.

Once there is a boy lived with his mother. They were very poor and had only a bit of land to make a living by growing grain.
One day, the mother went to the market as usual. She asked if the boy want anything. The boy's eyes went wide with delight. He said: "More than anything else, I want a drum!"

But the left over money after the mother bought necessities wasn't enough to buy a drum. The boy wanted a drum so badly, but there was nothing she could do. However, on the way back home, his mother found a fine stick. It was still better than nothing, right? She was smiling badly while she was handing the gift to her son. The boy decided to not disappointed. Instead of that, he thanks his mother, tapped, slapped, banged on every object with his new stick.

Then he saw his neighbor trying to light her smoked stove. Her eyes watered and she coughed so much. The boy, without hesitation, gave the stick to his neighbor. "Here Auntie, use my stick to heat your stove"- he said. When the stove was OK and hot perfectly, she baked him a soft, round roti, a traditional Indian cake.

The boy was looking for a shade place to ẹnjoy the roti when he heard a baby crying. The baby was hungry but her mother had no food. The boy immediately told the mother to feed her baby his roti. The baby ate the warm, delicious cake. The woman insisted the boy to take a large, metal jug as her gratefulness. What a gift! It dinged like a real drum!

He almost didn't saw someone was groaning from a roadside ditch. An old man wearing torn clothes was laying in the dust. The boy ran as quickly as he could to fill the jug with water. The man drink water from the jug and told his story: "I am a trader, but robbers stole my goods." He just had 2 horses, and they were standing by a tree. The boy also gave water to them. He offered that the trader could took his jug to trade. The old man was thankful so he urge the boy to take one of his horse. "It was a rich gift!" the boy thought.

The boy climbed on the horse and rode happily down the streets. He crossed a group of man sitting under a tree. They were beautifully dressed, unfortunately they looked miserable. The boy asked if there is a problem. One young man said: "I'm going to my wedding, where this band will perform. But if I show up on foot, my bride will laugh at me" The boy hopped off the horse and handed the reins to the groom. He thought that he had a whole life without a horse. The young man needed it more than he did! The musicians leaped up and sang. A singer stopped to thank the boy for his kindness. In exchange, he deserved a beautiful drum.

The boy shouted with joy. He tapped the drum the whole way home. His mother came out to see what the noise was. The boy told her about the story of the stick, a roti, a jug, a horse and a drum.

My friend Sam’s birthday was last Saturday. He was twelve. We had a party for him, but we didn’t tell him we were going to have the party. On Saturday morning, Sam’s parents took him to breakfast at a restaurant. His cousin William has a key to his house, so we all went to the house to get ready.

Mai An Tiem was an adopted son of 17th King Hung. He was talented and that was why he was highly considered by people and received many favors from the king. Time passed by; the man now was look happy and hopeful when travelling his eyes over the verdant and luxuriant plants sprawling on the sand. All people in the family looked for the coming day that their lianas bear fruit and the fruit got bigger and bigger... One morning the family was woke by the sounds of bird. An Tiem came out into the sand and found one of the melon was half-eaten and showing the bright red color of its pulp. He brought it home then and cut a small piece to each person in the family. The melon taste was so good that everyone d it but the rest of it was only consumed at noon when they felt that what they had eaten in the morning was unharmful to them.
Thank to this kind of fruit, life in the island now was much better. Melon was cultivated, harvested season by season.
