In daily life, food and drink are the important roles in improving people's health. Drink and food are the most important components on earth. All creatures need drink and food to survive. some foods and drinks of Vietnam such as: omelette; sticky rice ;beef noodle soup; Lemonade; Orange juice; milk.......For example, ingredients of lemonade are lemon, salt, water, sugar syrup, ice.I can cook omelette and many other dishes in Viet Nam. people can not lead a happy life without food and drink because food and drink are all of life.

My aunt and uncle live on a farm in the Red River Delta.It isn’t very big but they have hens,pigs and cows.We always go to stay with them in summer.It’s a beautiful palace and the food ia amazing.All the vegetables are so fresh and,because the farm,because the farm is organic,we know they are healthy,too.
