I think it is desirable for secondary school students to wear casual clothes when they are at school.
Firstly, casual clothes make all students feel comfortable. They don't feel constrainted to wear uniform that they don not like.
Secondly, for one thing, casual clothes can also give students freedom of choice. They can choose what sizes, colors, and fashions of clothing they love. And for the other, parents do not worry about their clothes because their children can wear any clothing to school as long as it is clean and tidy. It can be said it is the positive aspect for the poor people in the present difficult economic condition.
Finally, casual clothes can make students feel self-confident when they are in their favorite clothes. And what's more it makes the school more colorful and lively.
In conclusion, in my opinion, all the secondary school students should wear casual clothes.
2My hometown is where I always want to be. Because there are relatives, friends, and so many memories of childhood. The golden fields, the clear rivers are the things I want to see first when I return. Previously, I used to live in the country for a while. And the most special memory to me was the fish pond. When I went back to school, I went out to fishing. Coming to summer, I will definitely tell my parents for a trip back home
Topic 2 : A couple of months ago I went to the Greek island of Crete. We stayed in a town called Xania, which is on the coast in the north west of Crete. It is a really picturesque town with small cobbled streets, a large harbour and many ancient buildings. I went there with my husband Brendan for a one-week holiday. We got there by various means of transport, taking a train to the airport, then a four-hour flight, followed by a twenty-minute taxi ride from the airport to where we were staying. The whole journey took around eight hours from door to door, which was a bit longer than we expected it to take, although we didn't have any major delays, thank goodness. I enjoyed my stay there very much, as I had not had a holiday for ages and needed to switch off from working. We didn't do much sightseeing, although Xania itself has a long and fascinating history so went to the local museum in order to learn more about it. I spent a lot of time reading books and swimming in the sea, which I must admit was quite a lot colder than I thought it would be. I also enjoyed eating the delicious Cretan food, and walking around the ancient streets in the town. One of the things I enjoyed the most was going to a restaurant called Xalkina, where they had live Cretan music every night. The musicians were playing instruments that I had never seen before, and I loved the style and tempo of the music they played. I would definitely like to go back to Crete one day, though next time I would probably make more effort to see the amazing sights of the rest of Crete.
Topic TA: Talk about some skills to reduce stress for teens
Viết đoạn văn ngắn thôi ạ khoảng 7-10 câu
Teenagers, adults, may experience stress everyday and can benefit from learning stress management skills. Most teens experience more stress when they perceive a situation as dangerous, difficult, or painful and they do not have the resources to cope. Some sources of stress for teens might include
Some teens become overloaded with stress. When it happens, inadequately managed stress can lead to anxiety, withdrawal, aggression, physical illness, or poor coping skills such as drug and/or alcohol use.
Teens can decrease stress with the following behaviors and techniques:
- Exercise and eat regularly
- Avoid excess caffeine intake which can increase feelings of anxiety and agitation
- Avoid illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco
- Learn relaxation exercises (abdominal breathing and muscle relaxation techniques)
- Develop assertiveness training skills. For example, state feelings in polite firm and not overly aggressive or passive ways: ("I feel angry when you yell at me” "Please stop yelling.”)
- Rehearse and prace situations which cause stress. One example is taking a speech class if talking in front of a class makes you anxious
- Learn pracal coping skills. For example, break a large task into smaller, more attainable tasks
- Decrease negative self talk: challenge negative thoughts about yourself with alternative neutral or positive thoughts. "My life will never get better” can be transformed into "I may feel hopeless now, but my life will probably get better if I work at it and get some help”
- Learn to feel good about doing a competent or "good enough” job rather than demanding perfection from yourself and others
- Take a break from stressful situations. Activities listening to music, talking to a friend, drawing, writing, or spending time with a pet can reduce stress
- Build a network of friends who help you cope in a positive way
By using these and other techniques, teenagers can begin to manage stress. If a teen talks about or shows signs of being overly stressed, a consultation with a child and adolescent psychiatrist or qualified mental health professional may be helpful.

The problem with problems is that they don't come one at a time. They generally appear in clusters and sometimes they even have puppies. When one is taken care of, another pops up to take its place, and you wonder to yourself, "What did I do to deserve this?"
No, it isn't Karma-you aren't being punished-it's just life. Combine the economic woes that we can't seem to fix, issues that arise in any normal relationship, plus the unexpected upsets that besiege our day, and it's understandable that there will be times when your mood reaches a low point.
There's no quick fix or Pollyanna affirmation that's going to change things. The truth is that you have to trudge forward until you can make them change. Perhaps someone else can help, but chances are they can't take away your troubles.
A lot of people think that there's a magic bullet that could make it all better. Well, it can help you feel good when someone touches your heart, but on the other hand, if you are struggling with personal or professional problems, they can be a burden on a relationship—especially if you refuse to talk about it.
Not wanting to look bad in the eyes of the person you admire may keep you from sharing what's on your mind. Yet, if someone loves you, he or she will help you deal with your dilemmas. Talking about it can help shed light on how to get through a problem. That's also how therapy works.
You may find that brainstorming with another person or even a group will help you find new ideas to help you move forward. When you know someone has your back, that emotional support can make all the difference.
If you have been sitting on your stuff to the point where it's starting to hurt, it's time to let it out. How you choose to do it is up to you, but just keeping your pain inside will eventually lead to some kind of a meltdown.
Learning that it's okay to talk about our problems can feel a bit like a trip to the dentist. You know that the discomfort will stop once you get the tooth fixed, but you don't want to go though the process because it hurts too. And sometimes, with emotional issues, you may be embarrassed to share what's really going on for you. That's why it's so important to talk with someone who is comforting and nonjudgmental.
There will always be problems in our lives, but sometimes we don't have the capacity to handle them all by ourselves. Getting a 360-degree view is impossible when all you can see is what's going wrong. And talking with another person can give you perspective.
Just know that you can minimize your problems by discussing them with those you trust. Give your pain a voice, and let someone listen. You will be amazed at how much weight will be lifted off your shoulders.

Today I want to tell you my own problem: ''playing on the phone, relying on technology too much''.For me and today's teenagers, smartphones have become indispensable items. Cases of fighting with parents to use smartphones are happening more and more.
Early access to smartphones will cause vision loss and not promote their creativity. Even too much use can affect learning and overall development. I hope this problem will definitely be solved by myself and you.

Bat Trang Porcelain Village is a traditional pottery-making village, which is located in the Northern of the Red River, Bat Trang town, Gia Lam district, Ha Noi. The pottery here is made of a special kind of clay – the white clay.
The craftsmen only use their hands to knead the clay into the shape of the bowl, flower vase, etc. Then, they draw lively pictures or patterns on the products and glaze them. After that, these kneaded-clays will be put into the kiln for heating.
The pottery products of Bat Trang Porcelain Village are always famous for the skillfulness, subtleness and the diversity of product’s shapes such as small bowls, large bowls, flower vases, pots, thuribles, etc. Especially, all the handicrafts of this pottery-making village are waterproof and fade-resistant.
The glaze of Bat Trang is also very subtle and unique with the secret recipe, which is handed down from generation to generation. Those values have created such an irresistible attraction and appealing feature for Bat Trang village. This is the reason why this traditional handicraft village can attract so many tourists as well.
In my opinion, every single person has her / his own way to learn English.
For me, the best way has always been watching films, cartoons, tv shows and certain tv channels BBC or Sky news. Since I was little I watched cartoon network and despite I didn't understood a word I kept watching and now I see that it was a good thing to do :) About the films, in Portugal none of the films are translated but instead we have subtitles. That is a very good thing due to the fact that when you are younger you can associate the words said do the words on the subtitles (I always learned some new words!) and know I challenge myself by only listening to what they say and not read the subtitles!
The second good way to learn English is to write several times the new words we learn, for instance, when I learned the colours or the numbers or even the name of our clothes, the homework was to write each new word five or ten times!! This definetly helped me a lot!
A third good way to learn and practise our English is to talk with our friends or teacher in class! This way we can practise new vocabulary and at the same time we learn with the mistakes that we might say during our speech. And at the end we always say "I could have said that in a different and better way!".
Next advice is to read a lot, not only books but newspapers and magazines as well! There is so much good and new vocabulary in a book that we have no idea! That's why I try to read in English at every opportunity that I have! Even if I don't understand the meaning of that word, I can understand the meaning of the sentence and by that I can try and guess what that word really means!
Finnaly, the last but not the least, I would recomend all people learning English to go to England, to try to have a conversation with native speakers or even listen to them speak! Go shooping, go to the café, go to dinner, to a movie or even the theatre and you will see that this is for sure the best way to really learn English! You also will have the chance to discover a new culture and visit new places that you might not ever forget! =)
1.To really understand a culture, you must speak the language. There is a trend to learn English all over the world now. It is true that English has become the international language of business, aviation and communication. Most leading countries in the world speak English . If we knowEnglish, we can communicate and read books in English. We can learn and understand more about the modern technology and sceince from these advanced countries. I think it is very useful for us to learn English well.
But how to learn English well? I have learned English for three years and I learned both at school and at home. At school, I will ask my teacher or my friends if I don't understand. At home , I often do more grammar exercises in grammar books or use Internet to search new excercises .
Besides, we can learn E by other ways. I always learn structures by heart and make sentences with structures. Now my writing and speaking is very good but my listening is bad. So I often speak e with my friends regularly, learn by heart all the new words, write E words as much as possible , watch TV programs, listen to E tapes or E programs on the radio, read short stories or newspapers in E, use a dictionary to look up new words,etc..
Nowsadays, E is acompulsory sencond language in many countries. That is my ways to learn E. I think we have different ways to learn well. What about you? How do you learn E?
2.
In the modern world, people will speak English a lot so I think English is useful now. There are three ways to leanrs English effectively and get the best result.
First of all, you must do much homework of English and share with your friends. Then, you also listen to English songs when you do your housework because you can learn English vocabualaries. Finally, you should learn on the Internet to get many new forms.
If you do it, you wil get a good job and a good life.I wish you can find happy in English.
